USA Domestic Shipping Policy

Garden Solar Home a.k.a Garden Solar Gear (“Supplier”) offers this shipping policy for all customers of our online store.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout based on per product basis. Our products are supplied by drop shippers from their warehouses based in China or USA. The shipping cost is product specific depending on the vendor. We endeavor to select vendors who can provide a flat rate per product as much as possible. Sometimes, they will charge their shipping based on a per item basis i.e. the shipping increases with the number of units ordered.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email from Supplier.

When an ordered item is shipped by the vendor, Supplier will provide the customer with an update email with the confirmation of shipping and the tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Supplier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Supplier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Wrong Address

The Customer is responsible to provide the correct address. Supplier will charge the customer all fees associated with a wrong address being provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a wrong postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge paid by vendor. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all packages returned to Supplier because of a bad address being provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested for orders not found, in transit, or pending after 60 days from the payment of the order. Supplier will check the status of the tracking and validate the delivery address. Sometimes the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the customer but is pending delivery due to incorrect or unclear address.
